What if I lost my login details (email, password, 6-digit PIN number)?

Vessel unfortunately cannot restore or recover your passport if you lose your login details. Since Vessel is non-custodial, there is no account or password reset. You are wholly responsible for your email, password, and 6-digit PIN, so please be sure to keep them in a safe place!  

Vessel recommends any of the methods below in order to retrieve your passport on any device. 

  • Ensure that you’ve committed your login details to memory
  • Store your login details with a password manager
  • Write your login details down and store it in a secure place like a safety deposit box at a bank, or a secure place in your home

Never share your login details with anyone. Vessel will never ask you for your login details.
